Installation
Installing Base
To install the Base unit, place the unit into the sucker mount and after cleaning the window glass, secure on the right side of the cab using the sucker fitting.
Then plug the USB cable into the 12v accessory power adaptor and insert into the Plant equipment's 12v port.
The Base unit should automatically power up when plugged in. If it doesn't, please verify the 12v power supply is working and wait for the unit to start. You can manually attempt to start the Base unit by holding the Menu button for 5 seconds.
Installing Sensors
Before attaching the Sensors to the Plant, ensure that the bottom twist clip on the Sensor is closed and secured. These should be provided to you already secured with cable ties, but please verify.
There are two Sensors and these should be placed at the front and the rear of the Plant. You can use either Sensor for front or rear.
Front: The front Sensor should be attached to the Jib arm.
System Check
Once everything is installed and the Base is powered on, you should see an hour glass icon on the screen. This shows that the unit is connecting to the Zonr portal to retrieve any software updates or settings changes. This should take 2-3 minutes.
Once completed you will see the standard running screen which indicates the system is operational.
If you see an orange flashing 'B' this means the Base unit is updating its software which takes 3-4 minutes. Once this is completed you need to power off the base and then power back on so it accepts the update

Battery Indicator: The battery indicator bar on the left hand side of the screen shows the battery state. If you see a GREEN bar then everything is OK. If you see a RED bar, this means that the 12v Power supply on the Plant equipment is not operating and needs to be resolved.
Sensor Indicators: At the bottom of the screen you will see two indicator lights in position 1 and 2 for the front and rear Sensors. After a few seconds, these should turn GREEN if the Sensors are operational. If the indicator lights are RED, there is a problem communicating with the Sensors. If the indicator lights do not turn green within 2 minutes, please raise this with the POS Rep. Please note: The Sensors automatically deactivate after 3 minutes of no detected Plant movement, so a manual movement of the Sensor (wiggle) will wake them up again.
If all screen indicators are GREEN or AMBER, the system is ready to use. If any are RED, this indicates an issue with power supply or Sensors.
