Can Base and Sensor units be moved to different vehicles easily?
Yes,
Remove the hardware from the hazard it is currently assigned to
Assign Base and Sensor to an existing hazard in the portal
Or create a new hazard (either scanning the Base with your phone camera, or creating new hazard in your Zonr account on desktop).
This is all configurable using your mobile phone or desktop by accessing the Zonr portal.
Can the exclusion zone range be changed? Is the distance configurable?
The detection range on a Base and Sensor can be configured individually via individual hazard listed in the Vehicles/hazards tab in the web portal.
How do I add a new hazard type that is not listed?
Please contact [email protected] who will be able to add the new hazard type ready for you to use.
What do I do it there is no cellular connectivity?
Lack of cellular connectivity does not pose problem when the system is already up and running.
If there is no cellular connectivity when setting up the hardware, try moving to a different location. If the problem continues, please contact [email protected]
